Director of Human Resources - Beth Porter

Fieldstone A&E is proud to announce that Beth Porter has joined our diverse team as the Director of Human Resources. There’s no better example of a consummate professional than Elizabeth (Beth) Porter. One of the first things you’ll notice about Beth is that her helpful and friendly attitude makes those around her strive for excellence.

As a Human Resource professional, Beth’s broad-based experience includes employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, writing and implementing policies/procedures, employee handbook development, HRIS Management, performance review implementation, and more.

As the Director of Human Resources at Fieldstone A&E, Beth will support and manage all functional areas of HR including employee relations, job evaluations, benefits administration, training and continuing to oversee Fieldstone's recruiting efforts.

Beth's contagious enthusiasm, combined with 20-years’ experience in Human Resources, is an asset to Fieldstone’s continued growth.
