Fieldstone A&E continues its growth!

Thus far in 2016 we have hired numerous industry experts from across the United States. This month we are continuing our growth by announcing the following talented employees have joined our team!

Trent Daavettila Structural E.I.T.

Trent has a diverse background that ranges from structural engineering to playing professional hockey for the Colorado Eagles. When he's not on the ice, Trent spends most of his time using Revit and AutoCAD. Two of his passions in life have always been hockey and engineering, which is why he received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2008.

While in Colorado, Trent began expanding on his engineering experience by working by designing pedestrian bridges, box culverts, and hydraulic structures. This experience will be an asset to our team as we continue growing as an A&E firm.

We're proud to have Trent on our team!

Jacob Loew Engineering Intern

At Fieldstone A&E we encourage growth. That's why we not only have a mentoring program within the company to help expand our skill set, but we also work with colleges in the area to provide experience to young architects and engineers who are looking to learn about the industry from a "hands-on" perspective.

Jacob has recently joined our team and is working from our Minnesota office. After spending just a few short weeks with Jacob, we can tell that he loves experiencing all aspects of life. Whether he is traveling, shooting photography with his Nikon D610, playing basketball (he is 6'6" after all), or simply studying for his many Civil Engineering courses, Jacob approaches each task with excitement and an open mind for creativity.

"I’m helping out this summer as a Structural Engineering Intern here in Minneapolis. I’m excited to be applying the theoretical coursework I’ve been working on at Michigan Tech to some real-life design work. It is far more satisfying to help engineer a holistic structure than to solve for a single part of something arbitrary as a homework assignment. I’m learning how to apply what I already know in an effective manner so I can continue to offer more to my co-workers and Fieldstone at large."

- Jacob Loew

Needless to say, we are proud to have Jacob on our team!

Welcome to Fieldstone A&E!

Jason Garrow CAD Technician

Once we saw Jason's resume we knew he was the perfect fit for our team. With almost 10 years experience in Drafting, Jason has been able to experience more than most would in 20 years. That's because, like many of our employees, Jason's experience ranges in much more than AutoCAD. He's been involved in everything from being a Drill Core Technician to Field Geophysics to Residential Construction, and all of this is due to his self-motivated personality.

Whether meeting with clients to work on preliminary design or completing CAD drawings for final city approval, Jason brings perfection to every project.

We're excited to have Jason on our team at Fieldstone A&E!
